One-of-a-kind rooms: The Caves in Jamaica

Moonshadow Two Bedroom Cottage at The Caves

The one-and-only Moonshadow cottage at The Caves hotel in Negril, Jamaica

We love it when boutiques deliver a truly unique hotel experience. But we’ve found that at some boutiques, a sleek designer veneer in the public spaces can hide rooms that are as bland and uniform as those at the major business hotel chains. Not so at The Caves in Jamaica, one of a handful of properties we’ve covered where every room in the hotel is not just distinctive, but one-of-a-kind, making booking a room an adventure — and a surprise.

Check out photos of the rustic, quirky private cottages from The Caves, one of Jamaica’s most romantic escapes, after the jump.

All the rooms look REALLY nice. Much better than the $90/night hovel of a “hotel” we stayed at in Montego Bay.

Looks really cozy. I wouldn’t mind staying in the Moonshadow Cottage, it looks really promising.

Are you planning to go back to Negril anytime soon? If you are, you may be interested in some of our offers like: http://www.city-discovery.com/negril/tour.php?id=5370.

Great post. More power to your blog.
