Perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, the sandy stretch at Turks and Caicos’s Grace Bay Club is practically unparalleled. The pale blue sky, that bright, clear, aquamarine ocean, and the dotted umbrellas along the shore make us yearn for a weekend getaway. Or is just helping us get through this gray Monday. So as we say every Monday, sit back, relax, and soak in the a.m. goodness that is Grace Bay Club.
Hi, ocean. We'd really like to splash in you right now.

Decked out in its signature pink, the Sandy Lane in Western Barbados is the creme-da-le-creme of luxury hotels around the world. While its superb service and long list of amenities are all top-notch (there’s even a Rolls Royce available to chauffeur you), Sandy Lane’s highlight is no doubt its white-sand strip of beach. So pretend you’re in one of those lounge chairs — with a matching fruity cocktail — take a deep breath, relax, and soak in the Monday morning goodness that is the beach at Sandy Lane.

Even though the Delano isn’t the newest spot on South Beach’s hot strip of hotels on Collins Avenue, it’s remained one of the most glamorous thanks to impeccable upkeep, innovative Art Deco design, and its signature use of stark white throughout. Since we’re a little obsessed with white right now — after all, summer is on the horizon (28 days till white jean sesason!) — the Delano immediately came to mind as one of the most relaxing beaches around. So as we say every Monday, take a deep breath, relax, and soak in the Monday morning goodness.
Is it normal that the lounge chairs match the clouds (and that guy's bathing suit)?

This morning’s moment of Zen comes courtesy of the Big Island, well, because, that’s pretty much the only place we’d like to be right now. Taken at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, this photo is bliss-enducing thanks to the aqua ocean, pristine white sand, cragged jettys, and pure blue sky. Also on hand at this 4.5 pearl resort? Delicious fine dining, over 10 tennis courts, and an extensive Asian and Pacific art collection. So as we always say, take a deep breath, relax, and soak in your Monday Monday goodness.

This morning’s moment of bliss comes straight from the shores of the idyllic Caribbean island of Barbados. Specifically, we took this gem at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Resort, a romantic, adults-only retreat perfect for those seeking a bit of quiet. And if you’re not a beach creature like we are, the pool also offers incredibly scenery and even some free tea come afternoon. So as we always say, take a deep breath, relax, and soak in the Monday morning goodness that is the beach in Barbados.

This week’s moment of Zen comes from South Yarmouth in Cape Cod, Mass. Now while its still a bit chilly up there, a few of us here are planning on visiting the area this summer and chomping at the bit for warmer weather to arrive. But until it does, we can just gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean at the Rivieria Beach Resort, take a deep breath, and soak in the Monday morning goodness.

This week’s morning goodness comes from the shores of the Dominican Republic — anything with that type of white-picket fence and we’re sold. The Gran Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado, though, has its very own shores — the resort is actually its own private island. With skies that blue and foliage so green, we can only help but stare into the horizon, take a deep breath, and soak in what the DR has to offer.

This morning’s virtual deep breath comes from one of our favorite beach spots in the world — Aruba, of course. Despite the oft-crowded resort scene, the island has fantastic weather and an inviting culture that always makes visitors feel right at home. Right now, we’re pretty jealous we’re not curling our toes beneath that incredibly soft sand. So as we say every Monday morning, sit down, take a deep breath, and soak in the goodness that is the Radisson Aruba‘s soft strip of beach.

We’ll kick off the impending start of spring with another amazing, relaxing Oyster Shot — this time from the picturesque shores of Key Biscayne, just south of Miami, Florida. Like its sister hotels, the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne offers travelers impeccable service — and since it’s not in South Beach, expect a quieter, more tranquil crowd around, ideal for our Monday morning. So as we always say, sit back, take a deep breath, and soak in the goodness that is Key Biscayne.

This morning’s mini-break comes courtesy of Villa Montana Beach Resort, in the Puerto Rican town of Aguadilla. Although it doesn’t have the glitz that hotels on the Condado in San Juan may share, it offers an incredible stretch of secluded beach, several gorgeous outdoor pools with bars, and a more romantic, quiet vibe. Who needs nightlife when you can hang out one of those amazing, coral lounge chairs — sunrise, all day, and well past sunset. So as we always say, take a deep breath, sit back, relax and soak in the goodness that is Villa Montana’s beach.
The beach in Aguadilla is way quieter than some of Puerto Rico's more party-oriented hotels located in San Juan.
